Level 3 Nursery Nurse - Flexible Working
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join our team on a flexible working basis with access to a huge variety of Early Years settings in and around London & Kent. In this role, you will provide high-quality care whilst supporting children in their development.

This position offers flexibility to accommodate your schedule. You can choose to work all year or term time only, whether it be 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days a week, you let us know.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional childcare and early childhood education tailored to individual children's needs
- Supporting the nursery and being a team player
- Supervise and support children’s activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times
Skills
- At least 2 years experience working with children in nursery or early childhood education environments
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Understanding of childcare practices, health & safety regulations, and safeguarding procedures
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs while maintaining high standards of care
- Passionate about early childhood development with a proactive approach to creating positive learning experiences

Requirements
- Up to date DBS (if not, this can be done through us)
- Childcare qualification (Minimum level 3)
- Paediatric First aid
- Safeguarding
- Experience working with early years (or up to 12 if working in holiday clubs)
- Understanding of the EYFS
