This role focuses on promoting social engagement, communication, and community inclusion. Supporting his sensory needs through movement and activity is an important part of the role, as he is an active young person with lots of energy and enjoys being outdoors.

Who we are looking for

We're looking for individuals who are engaging, have a good sense of humour, and can communicate clearly and consistently.

  • Experience supporting young people with SEN and complex needs is essential, along with knowledge of complex epilepsy.

Who we are

We have supported people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions to live independently in their own homes for over a decade. We have no external shareholders. The people we support, and the people doing the supporting, are who we answer to.

This position is term-time only. The hours are 09:30am - 15:30pm between Monday to Friday. Full-time positions with iDirect are available, and can be discussed at interview.

Please note this role requires drivers with their own vehicle access and business insurance.
