Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.
We’re looking for a Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings ownership, purpose, and relationship‑driven growth to expanding access to infusion care.
This is a field‑based sales role covering Oregon/Idaho area with up to 40% travel annually.
Why This Role Matters
This role plays a vital part in ensuring patients in the Oregon/Idaho area can access timely, high‑quality infusion therapy. By building trusted provider relationships, you help bridge clinical care with reliable, patient‑centered infusion services.
In this role, your work will:
- Help patients access infusion therapy sooner and with greater confidence
- Support physicians and care teams through clarity, responsiveness, and coordination
- Grow high‑value referral networks in a collaborative, performance‑driven organization
Every referral represents a real person navigating a complex healthcare journey — and your work helps make that journey more seamless and supported.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems
- Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
- Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s specialty and home infusion offerings, including IG home‑based and suite‑based care
- Communicate LUX’s comprehensive support model, including insurance reimbursement support, patient onboarding, and care coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient cases
- Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools, with a clear focus on quota attainment
- Bring consistency, professionalism, and accountability to every provider interaction

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
