Territory Account Manager (Wi-Fi & Network Solutions – West Territory)

How You’ll Connect the World
RUCKUS is searching for a Territory Account Manager to strategically manage its business in the West territory. This critical role:
- Drives revenue
- Increases market share
- Develops strong customer and partner relationships
- Cultivates new business across enterprise, education, and hospitality sectors
You will:
- Execute the sales go-to-market strategy
- Foster hands-on, consultative partner and customer relationships
- Grow territory sales via structured processes, forecasting, and relationship management
Candidate residence within the South Texas territory is required, with the Austin or San Antonio area highly preferred.
### Key Responsibilities
- Technology-driven problem solving: Leverage expertise in IT, networking, and wireless products to deliver measurable business value.
- Client relationships: Build executive-level relationships with prospects and clients to understand unique business needs.
- Prospect to close: Identify and nurture growth opportunities using an account planning process, with scheduled reviews and updates.
- Territory execution: Lead a winning account plan by collaborating with channel partners and internal specialists to enhance win rates.
- Solution selling: Demonstrate experience in selling complex solutions, consultative sales, and value-based selling techniques.
- Channel partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with ** channel partners** to adopt a channel-centric, customer-driven approach.
- Sales cycle mastery: Exercise deep knowledge of the full sales cycle, process adherence, and customer-centric problem solving.
- Forecasting: Generate and track forecasts using MEDDICC and Salesforce (SFDC) methodologies with weekly updates.
- Sales hygiene: Maintain high-quality Sales Force data integrity and CRM processes.
- Performance accountability: Understand, meet, and exceed KPIs, revenue targets, and growth targets.
- Travel requirement: Must commit to 50–75% travel for client engagements, partner meetings, and market penetration.

### Requirements
Applicants must have:
- 5+ years of proven track record in:
- Sales, technical sales, or related roles
- Experience presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences,
- Confidence selling to C-level stakeholders (small and large companies)
- Technical aptitude in:
- IP networking, wireless products
- Software solutions and service offerings
- Competitive landscape understanding
- Sales leadership competencies:
- Independent problem-solving capability and growth mindset
- Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue goals
- Operational excellence:
- Time management under pressure
- Autonomy, ownership, and adaptability
- Technical sales & forecasting expertise:
- Fluent in MEDDICC and core Salesforce forecasting
- Fluent English as the primary working language.

### Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Expected Total Target Compensation is $160,000–$240,000, structured based on years of experience, performance history, and benchmarking.
