Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of accounts across the South West UK, developing strategic customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.
- Identify and win new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through consultative, value-based selling.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities across the territory.
- Partner with Application Engineers, Product Specialists, and Channel Partners to deliver tailored test and measurement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Engage with customers across key technology markets, including AI, 5G/6G, aerospace & defence, semiconductor, electronics, and advanced manufacturing.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM records to support business performance.
- Represent Keysight as a trusted advisor by delivering exceptional customer experience and staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, business development, or applications engineering within the electronics, semiconductor, communications, aerospace & defence, or test and measurement industries.
- Strong understanding of electronic test and measurement solutions and the ability to engage confidently with engineering, R&D, and technical decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic customer relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and commercial audiences.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with strong territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM experience.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the South West UK territory.

Desirable
- Experience selling RF, microwave, wireless communications, semiconductor, high-speed digital, or electronic design and test solutions.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, 5G/6G, Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), advanced semiconductor design, or aerospace and defence applications.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and collaborating within a cross-functional, matrix organisation.
