🚀 Territory Business Manager | Companion Animal Health
Territory: North of Preston to the Scottish Borders, and East to Leeds UK
Are you a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in the UK Pet Health Pharmaceutical industry?
We're seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager to join a market-leading animal health organisation during an exciting period of growth, innovation, and product launches. This is a key maternity cover opportunity within a well-established territory, inheriting strong customer relationships and significant commercial potential. With a major dermatology product launch underway and further pipeline opportunities expected, this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact within a highly respected business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a successful companion animal territory
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with veterinary customers across independent and corporate accounts
- Executing product launch strategies to drive customer adoption and market penetration
- Identifying commercial opportunities and delivering against ambitious sales targets
- Acting as a trusted partner to customers, providing value-led solutions and support
- Maintaining momentum across a well-established territory during a critical business period

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' sales experience within the UK Pet Health Pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong existing relationships within the veterinary sector
- Experience launching and growing products in competitive markets
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a territory autonomously
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards and a collaborative approach
Preferred
- Experience within Companion Animal Dermatology and/or Parasitology
- Knowledge of the veterinary dermatology market and related treatment pathways
