Territory Business Manager – Infection Prevention & Surgical Solutions

Location: North Central & West London
Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full-Time, Remote / Field Based
Vehicle: Company Car Provided

A global healthcare organisation is looking to appoint a Territory Business Manager to join its Infection Prevention & Surgical Solutions team, covering North Central & West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious medical sales professional with experience in healthcare or medical devices who is looking to develop their career within a market-leading organisation. You'll work closely with NHS customers to promote innovative infection prevention and surgical solutions that improve clinical outcomes and support healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across a portfolio of infection prevention and surgical solutions within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with theatre teams, infection prevention specialists, vascular access teams, procurement departments and other key NHS stakeholders.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
  • Support product evaluations, clinical trials and successful implementation within customer accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and monitoring market trends.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximise account growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Work collaboratively with Clinical Specialists and internal commercial teams to deliver excellent customer support.

About You:

  • 1–3 years' experience in a medical device, healthcare or clinical sales environment.
  • A good understanding of NHS structures and healthcare decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy field-based territory.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and genuine passion for improving patient outcomes.
  • A degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Business or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
