Territory Business Manager – MedSurg / Wound Care

Location: Candidates must be based within Essex, Norfolk or Suffolk
Territory: Essex & East Anglia
Travel: ~60%
Company Vehicle Included
Salary: £51k basic, £68k OTE

A global healthcare organisation is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive growth across its Wound Care portfolio within Essex and East Anglia.
This is a field-based commercial role focused on executing a strong value proposition across large Integrated Care Systems (ICS), securing formulary inclusions, and building long-term relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
The successful candidate must already be located within Essex, Norfolk or Suffolk to effectively manage the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and market share growth across the Wound Care portfolio
  • Securing formulary inclusions across large ICS accounts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, medicines management and key decision makers
  • Building and executing a robust territory business plan
  • Managing key accounts through structured CRM processes
  • Identifying and converting new opportunities within secondary and community care
  • Delivering product education and value-based discussions aligned to customer needs

About You:

  • Based within Essex, Norfolk or Suffolk (essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven clinical or sales experience within Wound Care
  • Strong understanding of NHS structures and ICS frameworks
  • Demonstrated success managing key accounts and tender opportunities
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
