THE ROLE:

Drive new business across NHS and private hospitals in the North Thames territory, selling high-quality sutures and haemostats. You'll work with surgeons, theatre managers, and procurement teams to grow market share. Full product training provided.

THE COMPANY:

A well-established, growing manufacturer of competitively priced surgical products. With continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced theatre sales professional to develop key accounts and win new business.

· 3+ years' surgical/theatre sales experience · Strong understanding of the theatre environment · Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

THE TERRITORY:

Reading, Oxford, North Thames, and Essex

THE PACKAGE:

  • Basic Salary: £45k-£65k DOE
  • Uncapped bonus (20%+)
  • Company car or £600/month car allowance
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
