Territory Manager
Epsom & Surrey | £37,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Company Car | Field Based
Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, managing your own territory and meeting people face-to-face? We're looking for a Territory Manager to join a growing healthcare organisation and take ownership of an established Epsom territory. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role focused on developing professional relationships, growing referral networks and becoming the local representative for a well-respected healthcare provider. This opportunity would suit candidates from field sales, account management, business development, recruitment, territory sales, customer relationship management or stakeholder engagement backgrounds.
The Opportunity
You'll inherit an established territory and be responsible for developing new and existing relationships across the local healthcare community, increasing awareness of services and driving referral growth throughout the region. Whilst this isn't a traditional cold-calling sales role, it does require a proactive business development mindset. Success comes from building strong stakeholder relationships, creating new opportunities and becoming the trusted face of the organisation across your territory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
