Olympus is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to grow our surgical devices and endoscopy business across Yorkshire, Lancashire, Sheffield
You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital teams, helping them understand how Olympus solutions can support clinical practice and patient care.
Key duties
- Develop and deliver territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, procurement teams and other key stakeholders.
- Present Olympus products and solutions, including through demonstrations, in-services and clinical education.
- Identify new business opportunities and support product evaluations and tenders.
- Provide responsive customer support and collaborate with clinical, service and marketing colleagues.
- Monitor market activity and share customer and competitor insights.

What experience and skill set is required?
- Experience in medical-device sales
- A record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
- Confidence presenting clinical or technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong planning, communication and negotiation skills.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
- A customer-focused, ethical approach and enthusiasm for improving healthcare.
