Sales Activator | Territory Manager

Territory: Glasgow

4-8 week fixed-term contract

  • Up to £28K annual salary, pro rata.
  • Up to 20% performance bonus.
  • Car allowance.

One iconic alcohol brand. One city. Your chance to make your mark.

At Foster, we work with some of the biggest and most exciting names in food & drink, and we’re looking for a Sales Activator to hit the road and make an impact across Glasgow’s convenience sector for a major alcohol brand.

If you’re someone who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities, winning new business and seeing the results of your work, this could be the role for you.

You’ll be the face of the brand in Glasgow - getting out into stores, talking to retailers, creating standout visibility and helping grow distribution where it matters most.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage the Glasgow convenience territory, taking responsibility for developing relationships, driving growth and identifying new business opportunities across the city.
  • Visit symbol and independent convenience stores, building strong relationships with retailers and decision-makers.
  • Grow distribution, sell key products and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Create eye-catching in-store visibility through effective merchandising and displays.
  • Plan your own journeys, work independently and deliver against clear sales targets.
  • Spot opportunities and feed back valuable market and retailer insights to your manager.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
