Olympus continuously innovates in minimally invasive urology techniques, focusing on improving patient outcomes and procedural efficiency.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Olympus’s urology products, including endoscopes, laser systems, stents, and accessories, within your designated region: West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Cheltenham, and Gloucestershire.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics, providing expert product knowledge and support to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the territory.
  • Promote Olympus’s urology products and procedures to urologists, surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational programs.
  • Provide technical support and clinical expertise to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical support, and service.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry, preferably in urology or minimally invasive surgery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Knowledge of urology procedures and Olympus products is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
