We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us build long-lasting relationships with top local restaurant partners, drive business performance, and expand our selection across London.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Central London team. Central London is our heartland—spanning from Ealing to Canary Wharf and Brixton to Hampstead—home to a thriving, diverse restaurant scene featuring some of our most exciting global brands.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Drive local performance: Boost partner growth through daily face-to-face engagement in your dedicated territory, selling partner marketing, advertising solutions, and on-platform visibility.
  • Optimise restaurant operations: Collaborate with restaurant owners to enhance operational delivery performance and resolve complex support issues with timely solutions.
  • Expand territory selection: Identify new partnership opportunities with top restaurants and partner with Account Managers and Business Development teams to onboard them to Deliveroo.
  • Cultivate partner relationships: Act as a trusted partner and ambassador for Deliveroo, providing strategic advice to help restaurant partners scale their delivery business.
  • Provide market insights: Act as the strategic eyes and ears on the ground, sharing hyper-local market context and food scene trends with the wider commercial team.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Commercial acumen & initiative: Demonstrated experience in commercial, sales, or hospitality environments, with a proactive approach to building strategic B2B partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills: Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, comfortable engaging with business owners face-to-face on a daily basis.
  • Data & analytical capability: Ability to interpret operational data and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) to guide partner performance and devise data-led growth strategies.
  • Autonomy & time management: Highly self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing a field-based schedule and adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose operational challenges and implement effective partner solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Language skills: Multilingual capabilities in languages relevant to London's diverse culinary landscape (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, or Bahasa/Malay).
