Territory Manager - Surgical Devices and Endoscopy
Olympus is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Territory Manager to grow our surgical devices and surgical endoscopy business.
You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders, helping them find the right solutions to support high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a territory business plan to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Promote Olympus surgical devices and surgical endoscopy products through customer visits, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, and other clinical stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Support product evaluations, training, and implementation in collaboration with clinical and technical colleagues.
- Monitor market activity and share customer and competitor insights.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and CRM records.
- Represent Olympus professionally and in line with company policies and relevant regulations.

About You
- Experience in medical device sales
- A track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer accounts.
- Confident presenting product and clinical information to varied audiences.
- Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable managing a field-based territory.
- Full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
