Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for healthcare solutions?
Olympus is seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to lead the sales of our Gastro and Respiratory product portfolio across your designated region (Liverpool, North Wales, Lancashire, Cumbria, Shrewsbury, and Telford).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and expand market presence for Olympus Gastro and Respiratory products within your territory
- Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals & clinics
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and educational sessions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer support and post-sales service
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of the equipment
- Collaborate with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements

What experience is required for this role?
- Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare/med tech/pharma industry strongly preferred
- Valid driving license
- Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
- Highly skilled in organizing and planning multiple demands & priorities
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
