Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for healthcare solutions?

Olympus is seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to lead the sales of our Gastro and Respiratory product portfolio across your designated region (Liverpool, North Wales, Lancashire, Cumbria, Shrewsbury, and Telford).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and expand market presence for Olympus Gastro and Respiratory products within your territory
  • Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals & clinics
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and educational sessions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and post-sales service
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of the equipment
  • Collaborate with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements

What experience is required for this role?

  • Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare/med tech/pharma industry strongly preferred
  • Valid driving license
  • Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
  • Highly skilled in organizing and planning multiple demands & priorities
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
