JOIN THE REESE’S FIELD TEAM

Reese’s Urban Activator

Field Sales / Territory Manager

Northampton, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas | 3-month seasonal fixed-term contract

Three months. One iconic brand. A real chance to make your mark. We're looking for a confident, energetic and commercially driven field salesperson to join our growing Hershey team for a busy seasonal period. You'll represent some of the best-known names in confectionery, Reese's and Hershey's, and turn conversations with retailers into visible results in-store.

If you enjoy being out on the road, building relationships, winning new business and taking ownership of your results, this could be the opportunity for you.

What you'll do

  • Own and manage a territory across Northampton, Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.
  • Visit symbol and independent convenience stores, building strong relationships with retailers and decision-makers.
  • Grow distribution, sell key products and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Create eye-catching in-store visibility through effective merchandising and displays.
  • Plan your own journeys, work independently and deliver against clear sales targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
