Territory Manager - Endoscopy (GI, Urology, Pulmonology - Capital Devices)

Location: North UK (2x roles - one North West, one North East)

Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist to drive growth across the endoscopy capital devices portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced consultative sales professional who thrives on building strong clinical relationships, delivering value-led solutions, and influencing decision-making within complex healthcare environments.

Key Purpose

To grow and sustain category sales through exceptional customer engagement, clinical expertise, and strategic account management - ultimately increasing customer preference and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers and prospects across your territory
  • Lead clinical engagement on key sales projects, working closely with senior sales leadership
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify, progress, and close opportunities
  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical training, and support during trials within key accounts
  • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across clinical and non-clinical functions
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and conversion through a consultative sales approach
  • Support regional initiatives and contribute to wider sales strategies
  • Mentor and develop junior sales specialists, sharing best practice and expertise

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in capital equipment sales, ideally within the NHS, ideally into a surgical and/ or endoscopy area
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and displacing competitors
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape and its challenges
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, strategic, and customer-centric mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
