Rhodes Health is a growing UK healthcare business supporting patients and healthcare professionals across stoma, continence and wound care. We provide innovative, high-quality products that improve patient comfort, confidence and quality of life, while delivering value to the NHS.

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Territory Manager to develop our presence across North East England, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and identifying opportunities to improve patient care and grow our business.
The Role
You will be responsible for growing sales and market share across your territory by building strong relationships with stoma nurses, tissue viability professionals, other healthcare professionals, NHS stakeholders and key opinion leaders.

You will:
- Build relationships with relevant healthcare professionals to support the adoption of our products across both hospital and community healthcare settings.
- Identify and maximise new business and growth opportunities.
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders and build a network of product advocates.
- Deliver effective product presentations, demonstrations and educational meetings.
- Attend relevant conferences, exhibitions and healthcare events.
- Monitor competitor activity, procurement developments and market opportunities.
- Manage your territory effectively and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales reporting and valuable market intelligence.
About You
You will be a confident relationship builder with a strong commercial focus, able to influence healthcare professionals and work independently across a defined territory.
Essential:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in medical device sales, or a relevant clinical background.
- Experience engaging with NHS healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational and territory management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and commercially aware.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly, with some overnight stays.
- Experience within stoma, continence or wound care is desirable but not essential. Full product training will be provided.
