We are seeking a proactive and skilled Territory Manager to drive growth and establish strong customer relationships within our target market, promoting the Olympus Surgical devices & surgical Endoscopy portfolio across the London area.
The Role
The Territory Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling our surgical devices and endoscopy imaging products covering London. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, providing technical expertise, and supporting clinical teams to ensure optimal product utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the territory
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical professionals
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to maximize market penetration
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies
- Accurate & regular forecasting of sales opportunities
- Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
- Deliver post sales training, commissioning and support for new and existing customers across product portfolio
- Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions
- Ensure diary is managed effectively to maximise customer interactions & manage sales activities through the effective use of CRM

- Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare/medical device industry
- Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
- Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
- Focussed personal continuous improvement & development
- Valid driving license
