🚀 Territory Sales Executive - Independent Retail
📍 South London, Kent & Sussex
Join a well-established premium cigar manufacturer and take ownership of a defined territory, building relationships and growing sales across independent retailers and convenience stores.
This is a genuine field-based territory management role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, managing their own diary and becoming the face of a brand. You'll have the autonomy to plan your week, visit retailers, develop accounts, identify new opportunities and drive distribution across your patch.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing an established customer base
- Winning new independent retail and convenience accounts
- Increasing distribution, visibility and sales
- Launching new products and building retailer advocacy
- Training retailers and developing strong commercial relationships
- Taking ownership of your territory and delivering against targets
The Person
We're looking for a Territory Manager with proven field sales experience ideally with a background of selling into independents, convenience or FMCG. You'll be self-motivated, commercially driven and confident building relationships face-to-face, with the discipline to manage your own diary and territory.

Compensation
- £33,000 basic + £5,000 bonus
- Company car + fuel card
- Healthcare | Pension | Additional incentives
