Role Description

The Territory Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rotherham, responsible for driving sales performance and market growth across an assigned territory. In this role, the individual manages local property listings, builds and maintains relationships with sellers and buyers, and ensures exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Overseeing viewings
  • Coordinating with internal teams to progress sales to completion

The Territory Manager monitors local market trends, identifies new business opportunities, and implements regional initiatives aligned with Yopa’s service standards. The role also involves:

  • Regular reporting on performance metrics
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Representing Yopa professionally within the local community

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including experience generating leads, managing pipelines, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities, with a focus on building trust and delivering a smooth, supportive property journey.
  • Solid knowledge of the local property market in Rotherham and surrounding areas, ideally with previous experience in estate agency or a related field.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
  • Capability to organize and prioritize workloads, manage multiple listings, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  • Comfort with using digital tools and property technology platforms to manage listings, track activity, and communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel within the territory as required.
  • Background in property, sales, or customer-focused roles; professional qualifications in estate agency or property services are an advantage but not essential.
