The Opportunity

As a Territory Manager, you'll play a key role in growing and promoting our much-loved beverage portfolio. This role sits within our Soft Drinks division and is part of our Queensland Sales team, covering a diverse territory across Brisbane's inner-city and north-west suburbs, including Brisbane CBD, South Brisbane, West End, Fortitude Valley, Paddington, Bardon, Mitchelton, Everton Park and surrounding areas.

This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you'll spend most of your time on the road partnering directly with customers. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, executing category and promotional initiatives, and identifying new opportunities to bring our brands to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets across your designated territory.
  • Promote and upsell the soft-drink Suntory product range to existing and new customers.
  • Execute territory coverage plans and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and product presentations.
  • Implement category management initiatives including planograms and space-to-sales compliance.
  • Manage Suntory refrigeration placement based on ROI and customer needs.
  • Pre-sell and execute all national and state-based promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Field Managers, Sales Managers, Logistics, and Customer Service.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Valid Driver's License: A full driver’s license is essential.
