Who are we?

Craft your future with Suntory Oceania, a new $3b multi-beverage partnership between Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food. The Opportunity

As a Territory Manager, you'll be the face of Suntory Oceania within the licensed alcohol channel, taking ownership of a diverse and dynamic customer base while bringing our market-leading brands to life. The Territory we are recruiting for covers between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll grow our iconic portfolio, strengthen existing partnerships, manage company assets, and uncover new business opportunities. What You'll Do

  • Achieve sales targets and grow product distribution across your territory.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through cold calling and product presentations.
  • Execute promotional activity and ensure compliance across all accounts.
  • Manage Suntory refrigeration and assets to ROI guidelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement category management initiatives and maintain planogram standards.

Ingredients For Success

Just like your go-to -196 or Canadian Club hits differently when it’s made right, there are a few must-have ingredients we’re looking for in this role. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Sales Experience OR Industry Experience: Prior experience in a sales role with an understanding of how to use insights and how to be an assertive seller OR prior experience within the alcohol industry.
  • Self-Motivation: A great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and consistently hit targets.
  • Results-Oriented: A self-driven attitude focused on achieving goals and delivering outcomes.
  • Personable Approach: A friendly, approachable personality that resonates with clients and colleagues.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong skills in cultivating and maintaining relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Multitasker: Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities with strong planning and action-oriented skills.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook).
  • Passionate Team Player: Enthusiasm for working with great brands and even better people.
  • Valid Driver's License: A full driver’s license is essential.
