Territory Manager – Dental Indemnity Insurance

Location: North or Midlands UK (two positions available)
Working Pattern: Home-based with regional travel

About the Opportunity

A specialist provider of dental indemnity is continuing to grow its presence across the UK and is now looking to appoint three experienced sales professionals to join its expanding commercial team. These are excellent opportunities for commercially driven individuals with a background in B2B sales, business development or account management who are looking to take greater ownership of a territory and build a long-term career within a specialist market.

You will work closely with an experienced sales leader, gaining exposure to an established regional pipeline, existing client relationships and the wider dental market, while developing and managing your own portfolio of business.

The Role

As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving regional growth, identifying new commercial opportunities and building long-term relationships across the dental profession. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing a sales pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Working alongside an experienced Area Manager, you will have access to an established network and pipeline while progressively taking greater ownership of your own territory, clients and commercial opportunities. This is a role for someone who is confident in front of clients, commercially minded and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
