Are you a well-connected sales professional with a passion for commercial vehicles? Do you have the industry contacts, commercial instinct and drive to win new business?
If you're looking for the autonomy to build your own territory, backed by one of the UK's leading industrial equipment and vehicle auction businesses, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to join our growing Commercial Vehicles team. This is a national field-based role where you'll be responsible for sourcing and securing truck and commercial vehicle consignments, developing new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships across the UK.
Whether you're based in Leeds or anywhere in the UK, we're looking for someone who knows the market, understands the industry and enjoys being out in front of customers. You'll be given the freedom to manage your own territory while playing a key role in growing vehicle volumes and driving business success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify and secure commercial vehicle consignments ahead of auction sales
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking and leveraging your existing industry relationships.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with fleet operators, dealers, transport businesses and other key industry contacts.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Manage your territory while identifying opportunities nationwide.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to auction.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and auction sales.
- Keep up to date with market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
