Job Description

Make an impact in Continence Care

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building influential customer relationships and winning new business?

We are looking for a Territory Manager to drive profitable growth across our Continence Care portfolio. This is a proactive, new-business-focused position for someone who can identify unmet customer needs, navigate complex NHS environments and convert opportunities through consultative, value-based selling.

Working as part of an integrated commercial team, you will develop a robust sales pipeline, create strategic territory plans and deliver solutions that generate meaningful value for patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare systems.

Location: Field-based, covering West London and Home Counties

Travel: Up to 80% within the territory

Your key responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target NHS accounts.
  • Create and deliver territory growth plans aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, influencers and other key stakeholders.
  • Generate demand through prospecting, networking and purposeful customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with sufficient coverage to achieve your objectives.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customers’ clinical, operational and commercial challenges.
  • Present tailored solutions using consultative and value-based selling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecasting and activity information within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to overcome barriers and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Deliver against weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A proven record of success in field-based sales to the NHS, including winning new business.
  • Experience building, managing and converting a sales pipeline.

  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and account-planning skills.
  • Excellent territory management, organisation and execution.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and forecasting.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or another complex B2B sales environment.

Experience within Urology, Continence or Infection Prevention would be advantageous. Experience selling solutions rather than standalone products, knowledge of NHS or ICB purchasing environments, or a degree-level qualification is also preferred.

What will help you thrive

You will have a genuine passion for winning and the resilience to keep moving opportunities forward. Curious, accountable and action oriented, you will see possibilities where others see barriers and remain focused on achieving results.
