Territory Manager - Distributor Field Based (Norfolk/ Suffolk/ Essex/ Cambs)

The Role
- Work with designated accounts in your territory to deliver sales, profit and share and cash collection targets
- Prospect for and develop new distribution opportunities
- Developing appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods as well as providing quality of service
- Execute business sales plans, marketing initiatives, new product launches, promotions and more to grow profitability
- Review our brand presence and maintain our brand leadership status by regularly merchandising our products to gain maximum awareness in store
- Deliver customer service levels that ensure the market continues to use AkzoNobel products above all others.
About You
- Sales experience or a willingness to learn on the job
- Good at building relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and practical financial skills
- An understanding of category management and an eye for effective merchandising
- Excels at achieving targets and are resilient in negotiations.
- Full driving licence
