Job Overview
As a Territory Manager, you will focus on maximising and promoting sales across your territory through face-to-face engagement, using alternative modes of communication where appropriate. You will be confident in supporting clinical procedures, delivering product training, and providing in-case support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of product use and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing business to achieve sales targets
- Support customers through training and in-case support to ensure effective product use
- Develop in-depth knowledge of your clinical area and product portfolio to be seen as a trusted clinical partner
- Provide technical guidance and clinical advice on correct product use within clinical settings
- Build and maintain strong relationships across your territory, developing stakeholders through an “inch wide, mile deep” approach
- Deliver high-quality product training to end users and supporting staff through practical sessions and presentations

To be successful
We are looking for a motivated, commercially-minded sales specialist with a passion for supporting healthcare teams and driving the adoption of high-quality medical solutions.
- Clinical experience ideally within Radiology (e.g., ex-Radiographer or Nurse) would be a bonus but not essential
- Confident communicator, skilled at asking questions and identifying customer needs
- Able to create and implement business plans to develop accounts and meet objectives
- Tenacious, proactive, and self-motivated in seeking new business opportunities
- Full UK driving licence
