Role Overview

The Territory Manager drives territory sales performance and market growth by achieving targets, expanding market share, and securing new business opportunities. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted expert to support retention and growth across the Rayner product portfolio. You will also develop and execute strategic territory plans to deliver sustainable short- and long-term sales and profit growth.

The ideal candidate must reside in the London Area.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Accountable for the ownership and delivery of territory revenue targets by driving sales of company and partner products, expanding market share, and identifying new growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Accountable for the development and retention of key customer relationships, acting as a trusted product expert to maintain existing business and grow account value across the territory.
  • Grow and maintain assigned accounts, collaborating with Regional and Country Managers.
  • Develop key surgeon and hospital stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive sales of Surgical, IOL, and OSD products while maintaining existing business.
  • Deliver professional sales demos and educational sessions.
  • Monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and plan territory strategy.

What Experience & Skills You Will Need

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions
  • Effectively build networks inside and outside of organisation
  • Experience in selling medical devices in operating room / clinical environments
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in the ophthalmic industry selling premium intraocular lenses (IOLs) is strongly desirable
