Description

Territory Sales Manager

Location: Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding areas
Reports to: Head of Sales
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: Up to £55,000 basic salary per annum
OTE: circa £55,000 per annum
Car Allowance: £6,000 per annum
Business Travel: Covered

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for the delivery of your Territory Sales KPI’s, in line with the business goals
  • Deliver the recruitment strategy for your Territory
  • Lead a team of Field Sales Managers to deliver core company sales KPI’s
  • Coach, manage and support your team of Field Sales Managers to deliver their area sales KPI’s through quality sales coaching
  • Complete documented reviews and evidence your support via company observational tools
  • Ability to affect change and drive sales in the field, across multiple locations
  • Become a CRM and process expert, to lead your team to success through sales pipeline

Essential Requirements

  • A full UK driving license
  • Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
  • Minimum 3 years sales management experience
  • Evidence of coaching in a sales environment
  • Ability to close sales via door to door selling to demonstrate best practice
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 program suite
