Territory Manager
The Territory Manager role is responsible for ongoing support of existing accounts and growth in new clinics for both Ormco' bracket and wire range & Spark Clear Aligner system.
The Territory Manager will be supporting the development of the Ormco Fixed Orthodontic Catalogue & Spark Clear Aligner business activities in the North England area (M62 corridor) exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our partners as well as cultivating relationships. The TM will develop leads from our distribution channels by creatively finding ways to penetrate the market and generate additional leads (through e.g. tenders). Besides, as a Territory Manager you are highly involved in training your peers and customers.
Main Tasks Include
- Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services
- Responsible for creating long lasting relationships and realization of revenue growth with tender regions, DMU’s and affiliated orthodontic specialists
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
- Visit potential customers to qualify them as sales prospects for the corporation
- Understand and support the corporation’s sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all the corporation’s customers
- Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation
- Follow corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations
- Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to the Region Sales Manager
- Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management
- Prepare periodic reports including:
- Weekly call reports
- Weekly expense reports
- Periodic general reports
- Other reports as assigned

Job Requirements
- Education: Preferred BA/BSc degree or a qualified Dentist/Orthodontist/Orthodontic Therapist
- Experience: Preferred to have more than 3 years’ sales experience within the MedTech sector or to have worked within a Dental Practice with Aligner Products/Workflows for over 5 years.
- Skills: Strong Relationship Builder, Growth Mindset, Target Conscious, Coachable, Proficient in Excel, Preferred worked with Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Travel: In the field more than 50% - 70% of the week, estimated overnight stay is 0-20% of the week (potentially 1 night per week)
- Preferably based in the areas around Manchester and Leeds
