The Role of the Sales Account Manager
- Selling a range of Endoscope Washer disinfectors & Endoscope storage/dryer containers & associated consumables
- Selling to Endoscope leads/decontamination leads/estate managers/FMs/Procurement - Multi-Tiered sales
- Replacement/Project based business so lead times can be anything from 3 months - 3 years
- AOV - £350K-£400K per project with some pieces of kit costing £70k and can have multiple units in an order
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with the objective to increase the install base
- Development & maintenance of sales pipeline
- Development of alternative purchasing options i.e. pay per use models
- Covering South Wales, Gloucestershire, Avon & Somerset, Wilshire, Devon & Cornwall

The Ideal Person for the Sales Account Manager
- Medical capital sales experience. Used to dealing with multiple people to win a sale.
- Ideally with experience in endoscopy capital equipment but will consider other big ticket medical equipment sales
- Wants someone with the x-factor
- Stability in last few roles
- Used to dealing with NHS buying process and NHS procurement processes
- Relationship building/interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the NHS structure
