We are looking for a talented surgical sales Territory Manager for a renowned manufacturer of general and laparoscopic surgical instruments and equipment. With both account management and new business responsibilities, this person will support an already thriving territory with further growth and support.
Our customer has a great reputation, lovely working culture, and an innovative, successful portfolio.
What you will be doing:
- Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing NHS and private hospital accounts across Scotland.
- New Business Development: Identify new commercial opportunities, navigate procurement processes, and drive capital and consumable sales growth.
- Theatre Support: Spend significant time in the operating theatre, providing hands-on clinical support, product demonstrations, and training to surgical teams.

What we are looking for:
- Surgical Sales Experience: A proven track record in medical device sales, ideally within general surgery, laparoscopy, or theatre-based environments.
- Clinical Confidence: High comfort level in the theatre environment with the ability to converse credibly with Consultants, Surgeons, and Scrub Nurses.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with an understanding of NHS procurement, tendering, and value-based purchasing.
- Location: Must be based in Scotland (ideally central belt) with a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across the territory.
