You know the strongest territories are built on trust.

Surgeons need to know you’ll deliver, customers need consistency, and you need the freedom to focus on growing relationships rather than fixing problems behind the scenes.

As Territory Manager

You’ll take responsibility for growing sales across your region, using your surgical experience to build credibility with customers and uncover new opportunities. You’ll stay close to your accounts, understand what matters to them, and take an entrepreneurial approach to developing the territory year on year.

If you’re organised, commercially driven, and confident building relationships in surgical environments, this is a chance to put your experience behind a territory you can genuinely make your own.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Building the bridge between the clinic and the forefront of innovation, this is what our client strives to achieve every single day. As a medical device company they have carefully selected the portfolio so that they only provide the highest quality, clinically proven solutions for the modern healthcare environment.

And their commitments go further than bettering patient healthcare. Sustainability and community sits at the heart of their strategy; joining this team means doing your bit for the planet as well. This is your opportunity to join a team with the potential to be a major difference maker across the UK within the next few years, with a strong benefits package and opportunities for quick advancement there has never been a better time to join this company.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
