Are you an experienced medical or healthcare sales professional looking for a role where you can take real ownership of your territory and play a key part in growing a business? UNOQUIP is expanding in the UK, and we are looking for a Territory Manager to develop and grow our business across Southwest England.
You will have the autonomy to develop your territory, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement teams, and introduce high-quality medical device solutions that support better patient care.
UNOQUIP is a fast-growing international medical device company with a clear purpose: Expert Solutions Improving Patient Care. Our portfolio of single-use medical devices supports healthcare professionals across critical and everyday areas of patient care.

The role
As Territory Manager, you will grow UNOQUIP’s business across Greater London by combining clinical understanding, strong customer relationships and effective sales execution.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals, clinical decision-makers, procurement stakeholders and business partners to increase awareness and adoption of UNOQUIP’s solutions and identify new opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Present, demonstrate and sell UNOQUIP’s medical devices and solutions.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical stakeholders and procurement decision-makers.
- Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training and customer education.
- Drive product adoption and product conversion projects.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans for focus products.
- Monitor customer needs, market developments and competitor activity.
- Work closely with our Business Development Manager and Tender, Pricing & Contracts Manager to support customer growth.
What you’ll bring
- Proven success in medical device sales, healthcare sales or a related clinical environment.
- Strong clinical understanding, ideally within critical care or acute healthcare.
- Experience working with clinical stakeholders and procurement decision-makers.
- Strong communication, presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
- A proactive, structured and self-motivated approach to territory management.
- The ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within Southwest England, as well as occasional travel for team meetings, customer events and international activities.
