Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan that delivers new customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue objectives for Epicor CPQ solutions.
- Generate qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, account-based outreach, referrals, industry relationships, marketing campaigns, events, and collaboration with existing reference customers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including account research, discovery, solution alignment, demonstrations, business-case development, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract close.
- Engage business and executive stakeholders to understand operational challenges, sales processes, product configuration requirements, and commercial priorities.
- Position Epicor CPQ solutions through value-based selling, clearly connecting product capabilities to improved sales effectiveness, quoting accuracy, customer experience, and business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers who can support references, peer conversations, case studies, events, and other customer advocacy activities.
- Coordinate with solution consultants, product specialists, marketing, legal, customer success, and implementation teams to deliver a consistent and credible customer experience.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, pipeline, and forecast information in the CRM, using data and available AI-enabled tools to prioritize accounts and improve sales effectiveness.
- Develop competitive awareness within the territory and adapt account strategies, messaging, and commercial approaches based on customer needs and market conditions.
- Take ownership of territory performance, proactively addressing risks, removing barriers, and maintaining momentum across multiple opportunities.

- Strong new-business sales capability, including prospecting, territory development, pipeline creation, multi-threaded account engagement, and disciplined opportunity management.
- Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations, develop quantified value propositions, and communicate complex software solutions in clear business terms.
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to structure agreements that deliver customer value while protecting revenue and margin.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, technical stakeholders, partners, and customer advocates.
- High degree of ownership, resilience, collaboration, adaptability, and comfort operating independently in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of successful business-to-business software, SaaS, ERP, CPQ, mision-makers.
- Experience selling CPQ, ERP, CRM, manufacturing, engineering, ecommerce, or other business applications is preferred.
- Experience using CRM, sales intelligence, forecasting, and digital prospecting tools.manufacturing technology, or related solution-sales experience.
- Demonstrated success winning new customers and consistently achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.
