THE ROLE
A fantastic sales opportunity exists within this continually growing healthcare SME. As Area Manager for the Yorkshire and North East region, you will work across three established product areas and seek opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximize the business presence in ENT, reconstructive plastics, and Otology.
They have excellent training, product support, with clinical trainers to provide education and technical support but candidates will need to demonstrate a passion and aptitude for learning technical products and absorbing clinical information. Typical touch points in the NHS will include plastics, maxillofacial and ENT surgeons and consultants, theatre teams, procurement, ENT consultants, speech & language therapists, and nurses.

Tasked with growing an already thriving customer base, this is an involved, hands-on role with daily travel across Yorkshire and North East region. Someone who has sold across multiple departments in hospitals and who can network, upsell, and cross-sell effectively within NHS trusts is a great asset in this role.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Surgical or devices sales experience within hospitals
- At least 3 years of territory management experience
- Strong stability on the CV with a proven track record
- Ability to sell across a varied portfolio
- Clinically focused
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
The Package for Territory Manager
- Basic salary £50-64k (depending on experience)
- Commission of £20-25k+ (uncapped)
- Car Allowance or electric car
- Benefits: Pension, Healthcare
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

The team is tight knit with good longevity, with a very experienced and passionate management team. They have ambitious plans to keep growing and develop their presence within key ENT centers in the UK and give career opportunities to people wanting to specialise in a clinical area.
