Territory Manager, Surgical Stapling (London)
London, United Kingdom | Field-based
As a Territory Manager at Lexington Medical, you will build our surgical stapling business across London's NHS trusts and private hospitals, supporting consultant surgeons in theatre with the AEON™ Endoscopic Stapler. You will own the territory from first evaluation to routine use, with direct access to the people who make decisions and a real hand in shaping how Lexington grows in the UK.
About Lexington Medical
Lexington Medical is a growing medical device company focused on surgical stapling. Our AEON™ Endoscopic Stapler gives surgeons an alternative in a large, established surgical stapling market, and our commercial team is expanding its presence across the U.S. and Europe. We build the business with a hands-on approach that keeps our sales team close to surgeons, customers, and the product.
About the Role
As a Territory Manager at Lexington Medical, you will grow adoption of the AEON™ Endoscopic Stapler across a London territory spanning NHS trusts and private hospitals. You will spend most of your time in theatre and with surgical teams, supporting live cases, leading product evaluations, and turning successful trials into sustained use. You will also work through NHS procurement, from NHS Supply Chain frameworks to trust product evaluation groups, to secure access for your accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
