Position Summary Territory Manager UK (East Anglia and London) - Interventional Urology – Fixed Term Contract – 12 months As Territory Manager for Interventional Urology at Teleflex, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success and regional strategy for the UroLift™ and Deflux™ product portfolios across East Anglia and London. This hybrid role blends sales leadership with in-country marketing and clinical support, aligned with the strategic goals of the Global Urology Business Unit.Principal Responsibilities • Leading all sales and business development activities for UroLift™ (BPH treatment) and Barrigel™ (prostate-rectal spacer for prostate cancer radiotherapy).• Providing clinical consultation and procedural support to healthcare professionals during surgeries and in follow-up.• Delivering training and education to urologists, surgeons, and hospital personnel to support adoption and safe, effective use of the technologies.• Acting as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, post-sale service, and ongoing product support.• Collaborating cross-functionally within the UK Urology Care team to share best practices and drive a growth-oriented team culture.

The role requires strong relationship management, a solid understanding of urology clinical pathways—particularly BPH and prostate cancer—and a commitment to delivering world-class support to healthcare partners. Sales & Business Development• Achieve/exceed regional sales targets and national business objectives.• Support account penetration strategies and territory planning.• Develop and manage CRM data, expense reports, and inventory. Clinical & Technical Support• Deliver in-theatre procedural support and follow-up care.• Provide clinical education to physicians and support staff.• Troubleshoot device issues and address product inquiries.
Team & Cross-functional Collaboration• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Managers, Customer Service, Senior Sales Manager and Business Development Manager).• Contribute to building a high-performance culture within the Urology team.• Participate in training sessions, congresses, and customer meetings.

Products Supported:• UroLift™:A minimally invasive BPH treatment that avoids cutting, heating, or removing prostate tissue.• Deflux™:Deflux is a minimally invasive injectable gel used to treat vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) Education / Experience Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).• Experience: 2–3 years of medical sales or device experience (urology or theatre preferred).• Clinical Understanding: Familiarity with BPH treatment and Theatre environment• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, consultative selling, and communication skills.• Tech Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM tools.• Driver’s License: Valid, with no more than 3 points.Specialized Skills / Other Requirements Working Environment:Remote/field based. Travel requirement: Approx. 75% within territory; occasional EU travel
