Role Overview
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined territory by effectively managing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. The role focuses on expanding the adoption of Extracorporeal Photopheresis (ECP) through strategic engagement with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, ensuring strong integration into treatment pathways.
Responsibilities
- Deliver territory performance in line with agreed targets by executing local strategies, leading tender and contracting processes, and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other critical stakeholders.
- Manage high-demand accounts, including providing training, clinical support, and occasional weekend work when needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization, plan and deliver educational activities and KOL-led events, and ensure full compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Experience
- Successful sales track record, ideally within the Medical Device/Healthcare sector, 3-5 years’ experience in commercial or marketing functions in healthcare.
- Deep knowledge of the tender process in the UK.
- Good understanding of the healthcare market in the region.
- Proven experience managing complex sales in a multi-dimensional environment.
Education
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a (para)medical field.
As a Territory Manager UK, you’ll
- Deliver territory sales performance and achieve targets.
- Lead ECP market penetration through execution of local strategies.
- Own and lead all tender, bid, and contracting processes to secure business growth in your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new accounts while expanding existing business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the Therakos organization.
- Plan and deliver professional education and KOL-led events end-to-end.
- Develop and execute territory business plans using CRM tools, including sales and operating expense planning.
- Ensure full compliance across all commercial activities, including SOPs, HCC, and legal requirements.
- Manage administrative workload through structured, proactive communication.
- Work independently with strong planning aligned to strategic priorities.
- Lead cross-border and cross-functional projects and events with full ownership of delivery.

Site/Primary Work Location: Northern Europe, mainly UK
Primary Work Model: Remote based in the UK, London-area
Department: Sales
Reporting to (Title): Regional Business Manager
Hours: Full-time
Travel Expectations: This role requires significant travel up to 80%.
Physical Requirements: Significant national and international travel
