Territory Manager - Urology & ENT | Medical Devices | London
Location: London (field-based, candidates must be based on-patch or within easy reach of the M25)
Salary: c.£65,000 base + up to 40% quarterly bonus (with overachievement potential up to 80% of base) + fully electric company car or car allowance
Type: Permanent, full-time
About the company:
Our client is a fast-growing global leader in single-use medical device technology, with a strong and expanding presence in the UK market. Following a period of significant growth and investment, they are scaling up their commercial team and are looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-value London territory within their Urology & ENT portfolio.
This is a business at an exciting inflection point - established enough to offer real stability and world-class products, but still agile enough that the right person can genuinely shape how the territory and wider business develops. There's a clear pathway for career growth, including exposure to global projects and future international opportunities for high performers.
The role:
You'll take full ownership of a London-based territory, working across both acute (NHS trust) and non-acute clinical settings, engaging a broad range of stakeholders including clinicians, procurement, clinical directors, and infection control teams. This is a genuine 360 sales role - you'll be expected to identify opportunities, build compelling value-based cases (not just product features), and manage your own pipeline with real autonomy over how you structure your week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
