About the Role

You know wound care is never just about the product. It’s about helping clinicians find better ways to support patients, while building a territory that performs consistently.

As Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of sales growth across your region, developing strong customer relationships and creating new opportunities. Medical sales experience isn’t essential. What matters is that you’re driven, determined, and willing to put in the work to become a trusted partner to healthcare professionals.

You’ll join a business that gives you the support and progression to build something long term, with a 25% bonus for delivering results. For an experienced salesperson who wants meaningful work, realistic expectations, and the chance to shape a high-performing territory, this could be a great next step.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Gold standard healthcare products shouldn’t cost the world, especially in the current cost-conscious marketplace. Our client holds that belief at the heart of their operations as they aim to innovate established medical devices and make them more cost effective.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
