Role Description
The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the East Midlands area. This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, including building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. Daily activities include supporting clinicians in the operating room, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, providing training and support, and identifying new business opportunities. The Territory Manager will monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product awareness. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and adhering to all relevant regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and account management skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in medical devices or healthcare-related sales, with the ability to understand clinical workflows and product applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage healthcare professionals and deliver clinical data.
- Effective relationship-building and customer service skills, focused on long-term partnerships and high-quality support.
- Solid organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work independently and manage multiple appointments across a territory.
- Comfort with using standard office software for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the East Midlands.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline) or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of UK healthcare markets and procurement processes is beneficial.
