Territory Sales Administrator & After Sales Support

Within our subsidiary, we are seeking to recruit a Territory Sales Administrator & After Sales Support. He / She would report directly to the UK Office Manager and work cross-functionally with the national sales team and third-party service providers, as well as directly with the company's account-holding customers to provide client customer service, order-related logistic support, and after-sales support.

Your Challenges:

  • Ensure the administrative processing of customer orders.

    • Perform order entry
    • Monitor customer outstandings in relation to the customer credit department: ensure that the customer does not exceed his outstanding financial amount and make reminders if necessary before placing any new order.
    • Ensure stock availability and offer replacement products in case of shortages.
  • Manage the customer relationship with a dual objective of quality and optimization of the customer relationship

    • Ensuring the interface between the customer and the various departments of the company
    • Inform the customer about the stock status and his current orders
    • Respond to the customer's needs, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures

  • Ensure the delivery of orders to their destination:

    • Perform invoicing
    • Handle complaints related to transport or order preparation.
  • Proactive sales to our customers

    • Phoning campaigns to boost sales to our customers
    • Proactive monitoring of order portfolios with our MATCH customers in order to carry out a personalized follow-up of our priority accounts
  • Reporting and analysis of the data of the UK subsidiary in conjunction with the Country Manager

    • Follow up on sell-in campaigns by reporting on global sales / distribution networks / regions
    • Sales analysis to extract the 20/80 of sales and products at risk of overstock
    • Inventory analysis to guide sales or restocking campaigns on certain products by the sales team
    • Creation of regular reports to help the sales teams and the country manager in the management of the subsidiary's sales.

Your Profile:

  • Relevant business qualification and/or minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales administration role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (particularly MS Excel).
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and manage a variety of tasks.
  • A logical approach to problem-solving.
  • An active interest/involvement in sport, particularly racquet sports would be advantageous.
