South East & Central London | Field-based | Full-time, permanent

Competitive basic salary + commission + travel allowance

ABOUT US

Factra Ltd is a UK manufacturer of nicotine and CBD products, supplying retailers and wholesalers across the UK. We're growing our nicotine pouch and CBD business in London and are looking for a driven, self-motivated salesperson to lead that growth on the ground.

THE ROLE

This is a new business role. You'll own a territory covering South East and Central London, opening new accounts with vape shops, convenience stores, independent retailers and wholesalers, then growing them into loyal repeat customers. You'll report to our [UK Sales Manager] and work alongside an experienced sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Win new business across vape shops, convenience stores, off-licences, independent retailers, health and wellness stores, and wholesalers in your territory
  • Visit and contact customers and prospects daily to generate sales across our nicotine pouch and CBD brands
  • Build and manage a clear pipeline of prospects to meet monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Turn first orders into regular reorders by managing accounts and growing the range stocked in each store
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and promotions with buyers and distributors
  • Keep the CRM up to date with visits, orders and pipeline
  • Make sure retailers understand responsible retailing, including age-of-sale checks for nicotine products
  • Report back on competitor activity, pricing and customer demand to help shape our strategy
  • Represent the company professionally and deliver excellent service to every account

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
