Territory Sales Executive / Account Manager, DACH
We are looking for a driven, hunter mentality Sales Manager / Account Manager to join our EMEA Sales team, covering the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This role is based out of the Netherlands.
In this role, you will be responsible for winning new business, developing customer and partner relationships, and driving revenue growth within DACH. You will work a target account list built around a mix of new logo names to open and an existing portfolio of accounts to expand, giving you a running start while still leaving real whitespace to hunt. Your edge will be value selling. Instead of competing on price or spec sheets, you build a business case that shows customers exactly what Cyviz's collaboration and command and control solutions are worth to them, and you use that to close faster. You will work closely with customers, channel partners such as AV/IT integrators and resellers, and internal stakeholders to move deals through the pipeline.
You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success, but this is fundamentally a new business, quota carrying role. Your job is to find revenue and bring it home, whether that comes from a brand new name or an account already on the books. This is an opportunity to sell market leading visualization and collaboration technology, build out a territory, and earn accordingly.
Location
This role is based out of our Netherlands office, with regular travel into the DACH region to meet customers and partners. We are looking for a native level German speaker with deep knowledge of the German market, who is willing to be based in the Netherlands and travel regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Work a defined target account list across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, combining net new logo acquisition with expansion of an existing portfolio of accounts, prioritizing and sequencing your approach across both.
- Prospect, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the DACH region. This is a new logo focused role, not simply account maintenance.
- Build and work a pipeline across your target accounts to hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Use a value selling approach to build a compelling, quantified business case covering ROI, cost savings, and risk reduction that gets deals signed. Sell outcomes, not features, and use that to win against competitors on value rather than discount.
- Own the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to drive expansion within existing accounts once the initial deal is won.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM records across both new and existing accounts.
- Lead customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations that build urgency and drive decisions, adapting your approach to the local business culture in each market.
- Navigate the distinct procurement styles, decision making processes, and compliance expectations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Travel regularly from the Netherlands into the DACH region to meet customers, partners, and attend events.
- Gather market and competitive intelligence to sharpen your approach across the territory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
