Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Edinburgh for a Territory Sales Executive / Account Manager covering the UK & Ireland. The role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with enterprise and public sector customers. Day-to-day activities include prospecting target customers, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts within the assigned territory. The position also involves collaborating closely with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions to customer needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Executive / Account Manager will track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular territory and pipeline reports.

Qualifications

- Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including experience managing a territory and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Proven ability in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and negotiating contracts with enterprise or government clients.
- Experience working with technology solutions, ideally in AV, collaboration, control rooms, or related digital workplace technologies.
- Solid business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in clear, customer-focused terms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders across the UK & Ireland.
- Ability to work independently, travel as required within the territory, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in the UK & Ireland market and familiarity with enterprise or public-sector procurement processes is an advantage.
