Territory Sales Manager
Northern UK | Hybrid (Durham) | £30,000–£45,000 Basic + £6,000 Car Allowance + £85,000–£100,000 OTE
Ready to take ownership of one of the UK's biggest growth territories in advanced manufacturing?
We're recruiting on behalf of a market-leading engineering technology business that's investing heavily in its commercial team. This is an opportunity to inherit an established territory, build on an existing pipeline, and play a key role in expanding market share across Northern England and Scotland.
If you enjoy consultative technical sales, building long-term customer relationships, and have experience within manufacturing or engineering technology, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for developing and growing a large Northern UK territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close while working alongside technical specialists to deliver tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For
You'll have experience selling one or more of the following:
- 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing
- 3D Scanning
- Metrology
- CAD/CAM
- Engineering Software
- Manufacturing Technology
- Industrial Equipment
- Technical B2B Solutions
We're looking for someone who enjoys solution selling, can build relationships with engineering and manufacturing customers, and has a proven track record of winning new business.

Package:
- £30,000–£45,000 Basic Salary (if looking for more, please still apply)
- £6,000 Car Allowance
- Realistic £85,000–£100,000 OTE (current sales team members hitting this and above)
- Established territory with existing pipeline
- Hybrid working

Working Pattern:
This is a hybrid role, with travel across Northern England and Scotland visiting customers, alongside regular time in the Durham office (typically once a week or once every couple of weeks depending on customer commitments and demonstrations).
