About the Role
You know a strong orthopaedics territory is built on trust. Being there when your customers need you, knowing your products inside out, and making sure surgeons and theatre teams can rely on you when it matters.
As Territory Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of your region, combining commercial growth with excellent case coverage and strong customer relationships. You’ll be out in the field, developing accounts, spotting new opportunities, and working closely with clinical teams to keep things moving.
If you’re driven, personable and organised, this is a chance to put your orthopaedic sales experience to good use. You’ll have the freedom to grow your territory, build lasting relationships, and see the impact of your work through both sales performance and customer success.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is a specialist orthopaedics company that’s helping surgeons do life-changing work. For over 75 years they’ve been focused on joint replacement, with products that support hip, knee, and shoulder surgery, no matter how complex the case is. They’ve got real credibility in the market, and the business is built around helping clinicians get the best possible results for their patients.
As for working there, when they say they’re people focused they mean it. They put a huge emphasis on both wellbeing and growth, giving their people access to health and wellness support, tailored training and development, and a supportive environment designed for people to thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
